is it possible to use snmp to query / add / delete / modify access-list
    configured in a PIX firewall?

Where can I find such information.

    No.

http://www.cisco.com/go/mibs and ask to see the mibs supported
by the PIX, and notice how very few they are and how little you can
    control with them.
