Photoshop CS2 equivalent to dcraw's -D document mode.

    I have a pile of raw files that I want to process WITHOUT demoisaicing
    the data. Just raw pixel values, no extrapolation. I can do this with DCRAW
    by using a -D switch. How can I do it with CS2?
