Phishers are stoopid

    When you do a crime, you should be reasonably careful not to get
    caught for stupid reasons. (e.g. unnecessarily breaking a traffic
    regulation)

    For example, it might be a good idea not to spam phishes to domains
    which do not have addresses on the same continent as the bank whose
    customers are being phished.
