Pci bridge driver

Discussion in 'A+ Certification' started by Modern cnc Shop, Sep 4, 2003.

  1. To all,
Install new pci nic card, driver is loaded. There is linking light at nic
card, path cable is ok, but can not connect to server.
Do I need to load Pci bridge driver?

Is there a link light lit at the server end, or that port on a hub. I
guess insuring the cable is ok. Try pinging from either direction, to
    the other.

  3. There are two more options:
    - Remove nic then re-install
    - Cold boot
    There is no ping option.
