PC to TV and Stereo Receiver via Wireless Router and Adapter

    Curious as to how the Linksys Media Adapter works with a home network.
    Can it or a similar devices be used to access the media players
    installed on the main computer to do audio streaming from radio
    stations from the playlists on Windows Media Player, Winamp, Real
    One, Jukebox and ITunes to the home's stereo system?
