Saturday morning, I decide to clean inside of my pc (it was off since the night before). I use some
dust off then I clean my desk. when all is done I plug all the cables
back on pc and I go to turn it on. It did not boot up. everything is receiving power.
cpu fan starts, ethernet light is on..ect. the odd this is that I cant power off the Pc
via front power switch. I press it for 10 sec and nothing. only way to turn it off is to flip the switch on back of PSU.
I tried leaving the unplugged for a few hours (overnight). As soon as I turn on the switch on the back the pc automatically starts.
I tried plugging a diff. psu and same thing happens. at this point i'm not sure what else i can do. Anyone have any
    suggestions?
