PC Disposal, Software Disposal

    The only thing you can really do with any proprietary software licences you
    bought with a PC is write them off. Reselling them is fraught, because if
    the buyer ever gets audited by the BSA, they will probably not pass the
    strict checks and have to pay a fine.
