Hello Velocity Reviews. I have a Cisco Aironet 1220A. Long story short; I was playing around with the settings and locked myself out of the device. I cannot reset the device with the mode button because it was disabled. I need to reset because I do not remember the password. I opened the access point thinking there might be a cmos type of battery or jumper I could reset. No dice. All the documentation I can find states I have to contact TAC (Cisco's support). I do not have a service contract. Anyone else run into this situation?
