I'm trying to find a solution on the growing number of missing multi part
binaries. Among any other suggestions, could I please get some guidance on
using PAR files that are sometimes sent with the posted binaries?
(Unfortunately, many of the PAR files are missing, too. But this may be
    somewhat of a relief).

    Thanks for help!!

Subscribe to a premium news service. As an example my ISP carries bin
groups, taking 1 at random a dvd group there are lots of missing parts
    75%.

Going to Forte APN or Giganews , no missing parts.

Info on pars posted many times before, then again asking in the group if
no one else has in a while may be okay.

A few of the par links and previous queries,

If you haven't already, look into QuickPar - probably the simplist method
in Windows. Once installed, you right click on a par file, select quickpar
    - it does the rest(assuming you have the par files and most of the original
    RAR files in one folder).

The only real solution of course is to go to a premium news service - like
    Newshosting or GigaNews.
