Packet Drops dependency on Browser

    Hi,

    I find that are SYN-ACK drops while using IE, But there are no losses
    if i use Firefox. What could be the reason ?
    Can SYN-ACK packet drop depend on the type of browser used ?
    Any Ideas ?
