P4 M vs Celeron/Sempron Notebook

    I am in the market for a lower end notebook to do business apps, audio
    creation and video playback for demos. I am considering a used P4 M
    1.8 or a new Celeron/Sempron. Which would be a better system? They
    run about the same price in about the $ 500-600 range.
