Olympus D-360L dead pixel, faulty CCD?

    A blue dead pixel or fine vertical bright blue line will appear at the lower
    left hand corner of the pic from time to time. Does it have something to do
    with a faulty CCD as I don't see the dead pixel on the LCD screen before taking
    the pic? Any idea? TIA!
