    hi all,

    dose any one know as to what this file is and can it be deleted?

    it default opening program is Windows Media player, but it dose not work,
    you can open it using note pad and it says

    [componentstates]
    component_key0=Adobereader 7.0.9 install
    component_vale0=8

    thanks

    It's a component of Acrobat Reader. You can delete it but it might make
    Acrobat Reader break. If you want it gone, uninstall Acrobat Reader.
