NZ daylight savings patch for WXPpro?

OS: WXPpro SP3 (with latest updates)

Problem: Windows has not automatically adjusted the time for our
    latest daylight savings time change.

Solution tried: Google search; search of Microsoft support site.
Previous patches mentioned (and previously installed), but no mention
    of a patch of 2011.

Also tried the Microsoft "Fix-It" software, but it found no "issues"
to fix. So I'm stuck with a daylight savings time setting that is an
hour out of sync - although I could manually change the time until the
current Microsoft settings decide that daylight savings time in NZ has
    finally ended.

    Any suggestions welcomed. TIA

False alarm. My system clock was fine. I just had to tutu around a bit
    with my WorldTime clock settings.

Win XP Pro here, updated my daylight saving times last weekend, all by
    its little ol' self ;-)

I left it as is, the rest of NZ finally caught up to this MS change of
    time, today :-D

Curiously, my Vodophone mob also auto changed DLS to an hour earlier at
    the same time, last weekend.

I see you have fixed it.

For anyone else with similar Windows time zone issues...

You can download the Windows "Time Zone Editor" utility from Microsoft.
This Windows program lets you check and (if necessary) adjust the
start and/or end of daylight saving time, for any time zone on your
    computer.

It worked ok for me. I got up this morning and the clock was correct.
