Norton AV error? And....

I'm getting an occasional error message when I run Norton AV. The message is
"An unhandled exception. Error was: Unknown(0xE06D7363)
What is this and is it critical?

Also, Ive had some sort of trojan attack which is continually trying to
access the internet somehow but cannot get past Norton Firewall. The problem
now is that I've set a rule to always block this attempt and it does but I'm
getting a continual flash of the hourglass every second or so next to the
cursor. How do I get rid of that?

Finally, when I start my computer I get a window that says "Windows cannot
    open this file: TFTP 1332"
    What is this?

I've run system scans using Norton, Adaware, Asquared, Spybot, and none
    help. Any ideas.
    Thanks
    B.Chase
