    Hey All,

I'm having a problem with Norton 2004 and Windows XP. The Auto-protect
feature won't run and the email scanning portion has an error message. I
tried everything under the Symantec/Norton KB articles which applied to this
problem, but still no luck with it. When I loaded Norton's in "Safe Mode"
or Clean boot they call it, it seems to work. But when I put it back into
normal mode, which it says you're supposed to do after installation, the
program blows up again. I've seen this a couple of times now and was
wondering if anyone else has as well? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
