    Scary

    The Americans are rather well known for collateral damage, friendly fire and
    unintended consequences. For example, the laws like SOPA & PIPA would be
    very detrimental to many existing and future lawful businesses, but wouldn't
    actually stop people intent on copyright infringement.

    Is this only for America, or could they stop the internet in New Zealand?
