    Hello,

I have been occasionally using a Coolpix 5000 and am having problems with
using an SB-28 in the TTL mode, either directly connected or attached via a
SC-17 cord. It is just hit and miss, most of the time the flash doesn't
fire. The odd thing is that this unit works on both F4s perfectly. Even
stranger is that my Quantum flash works perfectly in TTL mode with the TTL
    connector. What's up with this?

    TIA,
