New Releases: Starsky And Hutch, The Show & BBC: Updated complete downloadable R1 DVD DV & info list

    Columbia has announced the release of Starsky And Hutch: Complete 2nd Season
    on July 20th. The list price of the set will be $49.95. This release will be
    tied in with the DVD release of the Ben Stiller movie on the same date. No
    UPC has been set for the film as of yet but it is expected in a day or so.

    Columbia will release , a 1995 documentary that chronicles the origins of
    hip hop. Included are interviews and performances by The Notorious B.I.G.,
    Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs, Snoop Dogg, Doctor Dre, Method Man and Russell
    Simmons. List price will be $19.95 released on July 6th.

    Columbia has Monsieur Ibrahim also set for release on July 6th with a retail
    price of $24.95.

    Paramount continues their take over of Warner Brothers of the South Park
    releases. Following the announcement of the first four seasons they now have
    a 'mega' box set of the first four seasons for $199.95. The release date
    will be June 29th.

    Scooby Doo fans can look forward to the June 22nd release of Scooby-Doo and
    the Loch Ness Monster by Warner Brothers. The specs state Dolby 5.1 audio
    and full screen with a list price of $24.98.

    August 17th brings some Asian action flicks from Ventura. Most look to be
    dubbed in English. Included are:
    Daggers 8 (Ventura)
    Kung Fu Vs. Yoga
    Legend Of Kung Fu Hero
    Master With Cracked Fingers
    Each will retail for $14.98.

    BBC Home Video has on deck for May 4th some British television.
    Campion: Dancers In Mourning
    Campion: Flowers For The Judge
    Monarch Of The Glen: The Complete Series 1 & 2 (2-Pack) ($79.98)
    Campion: Mystery Mile
    Campion: The Complete 2nd Season ($79.98)
