New Releases: OUt of Towners, Underworld: Updated complete downloadable R1 DVD DB & info lists

    Paramount will release the 1970 original version of the Out of Towners on
    November 25th. Looks like the audio will be stereo with anamorphic 1.85:1
    video for a list price of $19.99.

    Columbia/TriStar has the Vampire/Werewolf flick Underworld coming out on
    January 6th. It will be released in both a pan and scan as well as an
    anamorphic 2.35:1 video, both with Dolby 5.1 audio. No word yet on any
    extras. They are also releasing Underworld as a two pack along with Resident
    Evil on the same date. The cost of the individual movie will be $28.95 with
    $39.95 for the two pack.

    Also from Columbia on January 6th are Adam Had Four Sons, Divorce American
    Style, Godzilla vs Megaguirus, Godzilla, Mothra And King Ghidorah: Giant
    Monsters All Out Attack and the new director's cut of The New Guy.

    From MGM/UA set for January 20th; Best Of Soul Cinema (Box Set) and Sidney
    Poitier Collection for $62.95 each. They also have due on that date the
    Showtime series Jeremiah: Season #1 for $79.95. Specifications listed are
    Dolby Surround audio and full screen. January 20th will also bring Stargate
    SG-1: Season #5 Box Set listed as having Dolby 5.1 audio and anamorphic
    video for $69.95.

    Universal has a number of titles due out on January 20th with enough variety
    to interest a few DVD collectors. Almost all are in anamorphic video with
    Dolby 5.1 or Surround audio. American Graffiti / More American Graffiti
    (Drive-In Double Feature) including a making of featurette for a list price
    of $19.98. An American Tail (5.1/DTS), An American Tail 2: Fievel Goes West
    (5.1/DTS), An American Tail 3: The Mystery Of The Night Monster and An
    American Tail 4: The Treasure of Manhattan Island will be released with
    extras that include sing alone featurettes and a few games for the kids to
    play. Each disc is $14.98.

    That date will also see from Universal Biloxi Blues, Flipper, Judgment
    Night, Repo Man, Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot and Trespass. A few of these
    where previously discontinued or cancelled by Goodtimes. List price is
    $14.98 for each. There are also some multi-packs; Conan: The Complete Quest
    (Double-Feature) and Smokey And The Bandit (Pursuit Pack) for $19.98 each.

    Trimark has announced Cabin Fever for January 13th with 5.1 audio and
    anamorphic video for $26.95. Retailing at $24.95 are Civil Brand (February
    3rd) and Last Hand (After the Game) on January 20th.

    Koch has Lucille Ball Collection (1968-1974), Children Of The Century and
    Cuba Feliz set for January 27th.
