New Releases: Music Documentaries, Brit Coms: Updated downloadable R1 DVD DB & info lists

    Music Video Distributors have a few music oriented documentaries on deck for
    release. On October 28th rap fans can enjoy 2 Pac - 4-Ever for $19.95. If
    you have ever wondered about the people that run those sound boards with the
    plethora of dials, switches and sliders then Bosses In The Booth may appeal
    to you. This is a look at the behind the scenes technical people that remix
    and master most of the music we all enjoy. This one will list at $24.95 an
    street on November 4th. Then on November 18th they release Momus - Man Of
    Letters for $29.95. Finally there is the latest singer to drop her last name
    and go by only the first, Beyonce: Unauthorized looks at this new singer
    turned actress due out on December 2nd for $14.95.

    More in line with a Music DVD studio Music Video Distributors has ready for
    a October 28th release Amalia Rodrigues: Live In Concert and Quiero My DVD:
    Latin Magic Vol. 1 for $19.95 each. On November 18th they let out Guana
    Batz - Live Over London/ Still Sweatin' After All These Years, Hawkwind -
    Love In Space and Marc Almond: Live At Union Chapel for $29.95.

    If you feel the need for a bit of exercise after a long day of DVD viewing
    then you might try Warner Brother's December 30th release of Ali Macgraw:
    Yoga, Mind And Body or CAV's American Power Yoga due on December 2nd.

    New Yorker has a few foreign language dramas set for release on November
    18th. All are sub titled in English with anamorphic video and will go for
    $29.98 each. Sitcom (French), Cyclo (Vietnamese), Flamenco (Spanish) and
    Underground (1995) (Serbo-Croatian).

    Also from New Yorker on November 18th are Steve Vai: Live At The Astoria
    London and Waco: The Rules of Engagement.

    For those into Brit-Coms BBC has a few titles set for release on October
    28th. Tied in with the new television series based on the English original
    there is Coupling: Complete Seasons 1 & 2 for &54.98. Also due are Yes,
    Minister: The Complete Collection / Yes, Prime Minister: The Complete
    Collection (2-Pak) for $128.98 and Young Ones: Every Stoopid Episode / Full
    Bottom: Not Another Half-Arsed Release for $114.98.

    Red Distribution has a couple of DVD/CD sets due out on October 28th. James
    Last: Gentleman of Music - Special Edition DVD & CD, Asia: Live In Moscow
    (DVD & CD) and Stranglers, The: Friday The Thirteenth - Live At Royal Albert
    Hall (DVD & CD). Each set has a price of $20.98.

    Red also has Underground Riders: Volume One, Underground Riders: Volume Two
    and Therapy?: Scopophobia - Live In Concert set for October 21st.

    Showtime has announced Out Of Order for release on January 13th. Since the
    list price is $26.99 and the run time is only 97 minutes it does not look
    like the complete first season. Details are 'iffy' still from the studio but
    it may be the first two episodes.

    Fox has provided some addition details about the January 16th release of
    Adventures Of Ford Fairlane. It will feature multiangle scenes, a producers
    commentary and Billy Idol's 'Cradle of Love' music video. List price is
    $9.98 and it is part of a budget line of discs coming out on that date.
