New Releases: Highlander, ER & Mona Lisa: Updated complete downloadable R1 DVD DB & info lists

    Anchor Bay will release Highlander: The Series: Season #4 on April 14th. The
    technical specifications are the same as the previous seasons, Dolby 5.1
    audio and full screen video. The list price is $89.95.

    Anchor Bay has a couple of releases set for April 20th, included are
    Dianetics: A Visual Guidebook To The Mind for those interested in
    Scientology and The Roger Donaldson Collection.

    Warner Brothers has E.R.: The Complete 2nd Season ready for release on April
    27th. The audio was given as Dolby 2.0 Audio and anamorphic 1.78:1 video.
    The suggested price is $59.95.

    Helter Skelter, the television bio-pic of the infamous Charles Manson cult
    murders, will hit DVD on April 20th. This 1976 film relates the horrid story
    as documented by prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi. The retail price for the disc
    is $19.95, the specs were listed as Dolby mono and full screen.

    MPI adds to the Sherlock Holmes mystery sets with the April 27th release of
    Adventures Of Sherlock Holmes and Hound Of The Baskervilles. The retail
    price for each disc is $19.95.

    Columbia/TriStar will release Mona Lisa Smile. featuring Julia Roberts,
    Maggie Gyllenhaal, Kirsten Dunst and Julia Stiles on March 9th. Initial
    technical specifications show Dolby 5.1 audio with anamorphic video and a
    list price of $28.95. The noted extras included Director Commentary, Art
    Forum Featurette, College Then And Now Featurette and What Women Wanted 1953
    Featurette.

    Eight Crazy Nights (2-Disc Special Edition), the Adam Sandler animated flick
    will be released by Columbia on February 3rd for $26.95. Looks like a full
    screen/Dolby Surround release so far.

    Rounding out the releases by Columbia are Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla and
    Vampire Effect on March 23rd. For Molly RIngwald fans this date also brings
    Fresh Horses and For Keeps.

    From Ardustry on March 9th: Body Count, Adventures Of Young Brave, Black
    Circle Boys, Love Kills, Navajo Blues, Robin Hood Gang and Thugs. The retail
    price for each is $9.99.

    Goodtimes has a few box set including; Elizabeth Taylor Triple Feature (The
    Last Time I Saw Paris / Father's Little Dividend / Life With Father), Film
    Noir Triple Feature # 2 (Film Noir Triple Feature # 2 / D.O.A. / The
    Hitch-Hiker), Film Noir Triple Feature # 2 (Too Late For Tears / He Walked
    By Night / Kansas City Confidential), Horror Triple Feature (Frankenstein's
    Daughter / The Bat / Carnival Of Souls), Classic Comdedy Triple Feature #1
    (The Milky Way / The General / College) and Classic Comdedy Triple Feature
    #2 (St. Benny The Dip / Behave Yourself / Topper Returns). All are set for a
    March 30th release at $9.95 each.

    For the younger set Goodtimes has Collectible Classics: The Legend Of
    Atlantis, Collectible Classics: The Emperor's Treasure, Collectible
    Classics: The Red Shoes, Collectible Classics: Jack And The Beanstalk and
    Collectible Classics: The Wizard Of Oz. Also due out on March 30th for $9.99
    each.

    Sony has something for music lovers. Gloria Estefan: Live & Unwrapped will
    be released on February 10th followed by G3 Live In Denver on February 24th.
    Both have Dolby 5.1 audio and list for $14.98.
