After considering range of broadband available now, and coming, separate
modem and router seems to be the best solution.

After some searching, found the ASUS WL-500g, really an ALL in one unit!

And the coming soon USBv2 model, WL-500gx.

Then all I need is an ADSL modem for Jetstream or other modem for other
    broadband servies in the future.
    This sound perfect.

Anyone now using the WL-500g or other ASUS product can give some comment
about their network product and local support?
And how about share Mac and PC machine, any difficulty?

    Cheers
