Nero 6.3.1.20, tried to burn a DVD image and got "an error occurred while
loading the cue sheet file" with the full path to the cue sheet then (line
1). Is it likely the cue or bin file is corrupt?

No, the path to the bin file is incorrect
Either correct the path or remove it altogether

open the cue file in notepad and replace the path to the bin with just the
    bin file name

Tried both suggestions and got messages to the effect that the BIN and CUE
files didn't match. Have given up on it, not worth the effort.

post the content of your cue file

Sounds like you're using a cue file that doesn't go with your bin
file. You already gave up on it, but if editing a cue file or renaming
a file is "effort", then you should go back to watching TV. :)
