NAT and high availability

    Given a non-bgp, multihomed setup, can the ip nat pool command or
    something that serves the same purpose be configured such that if the
    ("primary") interface associated with the address(es) in the pool goes
    down, a backup pool using addresses on the "backup" interface can be used?
