Does anyone know the process of search engines when one re-publishes
their web site? I did a major overhaul on my site and my web site has
totally disappeared on the search results of major search engines. I
have had this happen to me in the past by loosing considerable
ranking when I re-publised web site after changes, but I never
disappeared out of the search results. Does it
take a few days to be re-ranked by search engines? If I type into the
    search perimiter
my web site name my site will come up, however only if I type in my
web site name. If I type in the search perimeter meta tags I do not
come up in any ranking. I'm wondering if
someone can entlighten me about this process of how Google handles a
site when the site is re-published? Should I re-submit, or
sit tight and wait for a process to go through?
    Thank you for your time,

Google say there is no need to submit as they will find it.
