OK ... I'll tell all Ya,

I had tried so many times....and with no response from 2nd tier, I was a
little lax when I entered my info try the other day....

By God it went thru...., and the I got the confirmation, and I had put in my
own street address wrong.... reversed the # s LOL

Had to Email and get it corrected.....Which I got a surprise quick
    response.....

    Now just waiting....

I'm running the trial though, without very many prob's.

Loaded every program I have that I use the most.....Business, and play....
Really not bad.... Logitech joystick works ok, wireless mouse works fine.
    Combat flight sim3 goes great...

I use QuickBooks pro 2005 and Microsoft RMS... For my Business, test
    benched, and no probs....

Some things just take a little figuring out to be "good to go"

Enjoy..... When everything is perfect.... the'll be something new

    Dennis

  10. Russ, I think you need to contact Support about your situation directly, its
really strange you are not getting through. You have been just as outspoken
    about issue as Billie.
