Does anyone know how to use the multimedia control in vb 6.0? I've looked in the knowledge base and it seem limited. Rather than keeping the contol visible i wanted to create my own buttons that would use the Play and Stop commands. Also the way it is used in my book, the filename and path are hardcoded in the properties window i think. i want to be able to change the file name based on the button that the user clicks. Furthermore, i want to pull all my audio and videos files off a cd-rom. I think this should be possible once i do the above. teh filename property shouldn't care where the file comes from. thanks. any suggestions?
