    Which is better, (why)

With two T1's between two locations is it better to bundle the two
into a single multilinked interface or should the T1's be implemented
independently as two equal cost routes?

If you have a fast enough router to handle the CPU hit, Multilink-PPP
    is better than CEF per-packet-forwarding.
