I use MSN/Windows Live Messenger and there is an option to have incoming
files transfered scanned by ones A/V. Well, I use avast, and I'm trying
to have to it find the right file to do the scanning, which I'm having a
hard time doing. I'm thinking of just letting MSN install their own
scanner, but knowing the efficiency of Windows own A/V/Security Suite
I'd rather have Avast check things out.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks
