I am currently creating several document the require the use of
outline levels/headings and run on text. However; when I type the
text after the heading it automatically takes on the formatting of the
heading including the TOC (table Of Contents)assignments. This has
turned my TOC into a word jumble that takes many manhours to correct.
I would like to know if there was a simple way to seperate the
formatting of the heading and the text to alleviate this from
happening. I have attempted several options to date, including
clearing formats, attempting to change the style (formatting)of the
text and changing the TOC assignments. still no joy.
    Thank You for your time
