MS Virtual Machine vs Sun Microsystems

    Considering the issue between Microsoft and Sun Microsystems and Windows
    XP.......it seems good to go to Sun Microsystems for
    Jave.................additionally
    ................do you know of any other software company that puts out Java
    software
    that would work with Windows XP...and if so....how about a web
    address.........
    any info will > help............I know you cannot recommend or not recommend
    Sun Microsystems........or can you................

    I highly reccomend downloading the Java 1.4 version from Sun. It just plain
    old works. BTW, it ships as part of the Opera download. You can kill two
    birds with one stone.
