How would one open files with a .pcx extension on x64? MS Photo Editor used
to open the files on x86 but this isn't an option on x64 and it's starting
    to become a pain.

    Thanks,

A starting point would be to go into folder options>file types and check to
see if perhaps some other program has hijacked the 'Opens With' setting for
    ..pcx extension files.
