When I try to download an mpeg I am getting a message that says I am missing
    a software component necessary.

Up until two weeks ago there was no problems and mpegs downloaded just fine.
There is no problem with wmv, avi, or other formats.

Can anyone tell me what I should do to repair this problems?

What is the *verbatim* error message, and what OS and software
    are you using?
