Just wondering if anyone here knows whether the variable speed fan
headers on a PC motherboard are low-side or high-side switched to do the
    PWM for the fan speed?
I'm guessing its low side switched, and at about 20khz but would be
grateful if someone with a 'scope could confirm this for me.
