More hollywood police bluffs

    On this particular version of "Law and Order" the defective is in the
    interregation room with a suspect.

    "Someone tried to kill this guy by cutting the car's brake line. Did you
    know that you can't wash the oil off your hands no matter how hard you try?
    Now this is a special towlette that will tell us if you have had contact
    with brake fluid."

    What a great bluff and pure bullshit. Now if that is true, then it makes no
    difference when that person came into contact with the stuff. Even if it
    was years earlier. Quite frankly, I don't buy that bullshit that the stuff
    would never come off the hands and still leave enough to be found by some
    little simple test. Of course it makes for good script stuff.

    Yep. People think its not the case though.
    Its all about "closing cases" and "getting a collar".
    Justice isn't a consideration.
