Discovered 27" Sharp and Toshiba TVs with the
16:9 (Vertical Compression) mode. Its about time
more name brand TVs are offering this feature.
We've had DVD players for 5+ years and it seems
like Sony was the only manufacturer offering
this feature. It should be standard for any TV 20" & up.
Probably old news on this group but I'm suprised at
the large number of people who don't realize the
    improvement with 16:9 VC.
