I wish to connect an old "ELSA Micorlink 56k Modem basic" to an old PC.

The Modem has Phone in Out and an RS232 (25 Pin) plug.
    What do I need? Can I buy a RS232 (25 Pin) to a Com Plug (? 10 ? Pin[a
    normal com Plug])?

    kind regards
    Ingo

Yes, you can. The modem will work fine. You need a 25-to-9-pin serial
    adaptor.
