A program that I am looking at (Unblocka Turbo) is asking for my
modem/router sync speed. What exactly is that and how do I find it?

    That's your internet connection speed.

You can either look at your internet bill, which should show what
speed you have - Usually for DSL something like 1.5 / 128, 1.5/384,
    etc.

Or go to www.2wire.com and do a speed test.
