Minor Omission in Explorer 64-bit

Discussion in 'Windows 64bit' started by TE-ret via WindowsKB.com, Oct 13, 2005.

  1. Has anyone else noticed that the "Bit-Rate" panel in Explorer shows "0-kbps"
for MP3s? I just installed the trial version on an AMD 64 machine and it
holds my music collection, the bit-rate tab is an important way of sorting my
files occasionally. Incidentally, on the 32-bit version it never showed
    Variable bit-rates correctly!

    Thanks,

  2. Hello,
How about if use the 32-bit explorer?
Does the Bit-Rate show values then?
    "<Drive_Letter>:\windows\syswow64\explorer.exe /separate" (without the
    quotation marks)
895561 Some Windows Explorer extensions and some Control Panel items are not
