this ver has some minor UI oddities. and i doubt they're worth (attempting to) report.

    one:
toolbar areas trun slightly darker grey when mouse rollsover each item. (padding or similar does not change, so it's minorly
intersintg to see where padding is revealed)
switching to another apps window "resets" teh grey to teh lighter grey

    two:
throbber maintians its "loading" apearance even after clicking teh stop button.

i suspect mox coders have been working on the ui and these "bugs", aka oddities, are to be expected during the process.
therefore no use in attemtping to report, right?

    THROBBER:
as of Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 - I was getting the "unceasing throbber" too

plus the tabs would continue to say "Loading..."
rather than switching to the title of the page

I've been trying nightly builds, and this *appears* to have been cured
    I'm using build: "2005-09-18-06-Mozilla1.8"

    TOOLBAR AND STUFF:
if you're running Firefox on Windows,
the Beta 1.5 interface has been modified a little -
to more closely match the default Windows XP "Luna" look-and-feel
(ie: the default XP blue theme )

as it was reasoned this is the theme that most XP users have
rather than the "Windows Classic" theme

there have been **heated** debates as to:
whether this is a good idea or not

there is some discussion of it in the comments on Asa Dotzler's blog
    http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/asa/archives/2005/09/firefox_15_beta_1_available_fo.html

and instructions for reverting to the Classic mode theme at:
    http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_windows_classic

    :)
