Migrating data from IDE to RAID 0

I am currently using only 1 IDE harddrive.

In addition I have recently installed/striped another 2 drives
on a RAID 0 array for performance. I have yet to format this.

I would like to migrate all my data on my old IDE drive to the new RAID
array and use this as my primary boot.

What is the best way to do this?

    I am currently on winXP.

My intentions are to format the old IDE HDD in FAT32 and install Win98 as
some of my devices and software don't work with winXP.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
