When I double click on a picture, my XP home opens up windows picture and
fax view. When I used to click on the second icon from the right at the
bottom of the screen, it used to open up Microsoft Photo Editor (Icon states
"Closes this program and opens the image for editing (ctrl+E)"

Since I have installed office 2003, and click on the same icon, nothing
happens, and I cannot find Photo Editor. Does 2003 take it away and replace
it with "Microsoft OfficePicture Manager" ?
