Microsoft NZ Schools License

    Microsoft documentation for Windows PE states that it is available to
    licensees of School licensing agreements.

    Does this apply in NZ to schools which have signed up to the NZ
    Government's Microsoft School licensing agreement? Is WinPE classified
    as a core product or non core product under this agreement?
