Some people format their e-mails into narrow columns which are nice and easy
to read. I can't find this option anywhere in Outlook Express. Does anyone
out there know how this is done?

In Outlook Express, go to Tools/Options then choose the Send tab. At the
bottom click on Plain Text Settings for the News Sending Format option. Make
sure line wrap is set to 76 characters. HTH.
