I have several new machines that I am setting up that are new WinXP Media
Center machines. I have several old computers that are W2K. I would like
to be able to mount the disks between machines so that moving files would be
    much easier.

    1. How do I do that?
    2. I want to add a printer that is on my W2K machine to the Media Center
one but I can't see it to do so. I assume these two problems are connected.

I understand W2K pretty much but Media Center is a mystery.

I have them all on the same network and work group. I can see the Media
Center machines on the W2K under workgroup machines but can't mount a drive.

    Thanks in advance.

There are no real problems networking the two. Did you try the Home/Small
Office Network Setup Wizard that comes with XP? The problems I've run into
most are typically security issues with W2K - I believe you should have
matching accounts on the W2K and XP boxes.
