    Hi there,

I have viewed the microsoft web site regarding required exams to
attain the security specialism on the 2000 track and there is no
mention of cisco exams on there.

However, on the MCP website, using the certification planner the CSPFA
(Cisco PIX firewall) exam is mentioned as a possible choice. Does
anybody have a definitive answer if this can be used?

    Cheers

When you say the website, I take it you mean
    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcsa/security/windows2000.asp ? Yes,
it does clash with what the cert planner shows :) Try sending an email to
with you details and the question, they'll be able to
    give you a definitive answer.

When they do, please post the answer back here for future reference, thanks!
