    Hello,

I pass my 271 at 17-Sep-2004 but I still cannot access MCP site. I can see
all my MS exams market as “Passed†in Prometric site. I was trying to fill my
Prometric ID, my MCP ID, and exam confirmation numbers in VendorRegistration
ID field :) but result is the same “Error: 1: One or more of your entries
does not match your Customer Profile record.â€

Make sure that you fill out all of the forms correctly. You shouldn't have
to put in your MCP id yet. The only things the page asks for are Last name,
email, the last 4 digits of your phone number, your country, and your
    Prometric/Vue ID
