I have a Media Center 2005 PC running on an 802.11g
network with an MN-730 NIC. Periodically, my connection
will drop without reason. When I look at the properties
for the card, the Wireless Networks tab is not visible.
The Wireless Zero Configuration Service is running and
I've restarted it multiple times to try to get the tab
back. The only solution that I've found that works is to
restart the computer, but, this is not acceptable. I've
used the same card in two other computers and never had a
problem. I've got another computer with an MN-730 which
is further from the base station and it has never lost a
connection. If anyone knows what may cause this issue,
please fill me in. Thanks in advance.
