    I'm currently MCSA 2003.
    what exam do i need to take in order to get MCDBA ?

    In order to get MCDBA certification you need to pass following 2 exams of
    SQL:
    Exam 70-228: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft SQL Server
    2000 Enterprise Edition and
    Exam 70-229: Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server
    2000 Enterprise Edition

    and other 2 exams you already passed with you MCSA.
